Independent careers rarely follow a straight line. The traditional route isn't always available and sometimes, it isn't the right one.
Onyx Road was built around a simple idea: the destination matters more than the path you take to get there.
We start with what's already there (the talent, the goals, the audience, the resources and the opportunity) and build from it. When one road doesn't work, we find another. When the infrastructure isn't there, we build it.
No two careers need the same roadmap. Onyx Road works collaboratively, practically and without a predetermined formula, building around what you have, what you need and where you're trying to go.

BUILT FROM THE WORK
Onyx Road didn't begin with a business plan. It grew out of years spent working inside independent entertainment. Booking shows, building websites, developing campaigns, designing merch, managing logistics and solving the hundred other problems that happen between having talent and building a sustainable career out of it.
Along the way, one thing became clear: independent talent doesn't always need another person telling them what they should be doing. Sometimes they need someone willing to help figure out how to actually do it.
Onyx Road was built to be that kind of partner.
